We are pushing Technology drop off day back 1 week!

Below is the Elementary plan for collecting school issued resources/devices and for distributing yearbooks/pictures.

Tuesday, May 26^th

Schedule of student drop off of devices/chargers and anything belonging to the school.

Times are broken up alphabetically by student last name:

Tuesday times for all grades:

(9:00 AM - 11:00 AM) - A-E

(11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) - F-L

(1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) - M-R

(3:00 PM - 5:00 PM) - S-Z

(5:00 PM - 7:00PM) - Anyone

The procedure will be exactly the same as technology pick up. There will be 3 stations as you move through the line.  This will be drive through only - no one can get out of the car. 

Collections: The first stop will be devices and chargers. The second stop will be library books and any instructional materials that need to be returned to school or teachers.

Distribution: The third stop (optional)  will be to pick up yearbooks or spring pictures that were purchased. YOU MUST BRING A PLASTIC BAG (WALMART/UNITED/PAKASAC) OR AN EXTRA LARGE ZIPLOCK THAT WE CAN PUT YOUR PICK UP ITEMS IN. We are advising that you tie the bag or zip it up and wait for two weeks before items are taken out. We will not be able to hand out any items if you do not bring a bag we can put them in.

*For accounting purposes, devices must be dropped off at the campus the student attends. All campuses    will be on the same schedule. 

Please do not attend the device drop off if you have been diagnosed with COVID or have come in direct contact with someone who has COVID. If this is the case please call your campus Principal and alternate arrangements will be made.
